10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

10.3 Company Decision Finality

Company decisions regarding game outcomes, RTP calculations, bonus eligibility, rule interpretations, and account actions are final and binding.
